Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and administrative aspects of all events, ensuring smooth execution.
• Handle incoming inquiries, conduct site visits, and secure contracts.
• Manage the entire event booking process, acting as the main liaison between clients, 3rd-party vendors, operations, and marketing teams.
• Develop innovative event concepts by researching the latest industry trends.
• Formulate sales and promotion strategies for Management's approval.
• Collaborate with the PR and Marketing teams to implement promotional activities that drive business growth.
• Ensure efficient communication across teams to deliver superior guest services and high-quality products.
• Provide general ad hoc assistance as required

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Catering and Events, with a proven track record of managing events.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A natural leader and team player with an outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
