In-House Talent Acquisition (with Mainland China recruitment experience)
Coordinate with hiring managers across our Head Office/Medical Aesthetics/Medical functions to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
Prepare job advertisement and interview questions as required for vacancies with a particular focus on attracting Mainland China candidates.
Take care of full-cycle interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, in-person interviews and job offer.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events as required.
Conduct background check, verify new joiner documents and perform data entry work in a timely manner.
Monitor daily recruitment data and prepare reports as required.
Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as well as HRBP when necessary.
Key Requirements and Expectations
Degree holder in Business Studies or Human Resources Management or related discipline.
At least 2 years' relevant experience in similar capacity as an agency or in-house recruiter.
Familiar with proactive search such as Mainland China job boards, LinkedIn etc.
Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and proficiency in MS office.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
