As part of Keyrus’ solution delivery, we are also in a position to recruit and place technical consultants to complement on existing client projects with their expertise. As such, we seek innovative and agile people to support ambitious and forthcoming technological challenges.


We are hiring for a Senior BA/PM in Singapore with expertise in Corporate and Investment banking Back Office operations and deep understanding of the entire booking process, from trade initiation to final accounting.


Responsibilities

  • Lead APAC projects, including TOKOS decommissioning, ensuring a sustainable ecosystem.
  • Conduct business analysis, solution definition, and project management for accounting, payments, and deal booking initiatives.
  • Enhance local Back Office IT platforms for Global Markets & business lines.
  • Mentor and build a strong APAC program management team with an end-to-end project mindset.
  • Gather business requirements, document BRDs/functional specs, define testing strategies, and coordinate UAT.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and development teams.
  • Provide project updates, organize steering meetings, and track issues.
  • Ensure timely IT solution delivery by coordinating with regional/global development teams.
  • Maintain strong communication with central teams in Europe and ISPL, influencing global teams for APAC needs.
  • Identify and escalate risks, propose tactical and strategic solutions, and provide business training/support.
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and governance framework for APAC projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain governance for APAC project execution.
  • Provide senior management with progress updates, achievements, and risk assessments.
  • Guide business stakeholders on project impacts, risks, and solutions.


Requirements

  • 10 - 15 years of experience
  • Strong hands-on business knowledge on Corporate and Investment banking Back Office Trade Processing, Settlement & Accounting Chains – FX, Rates, Structured Deposits, Fixed income products, Corporate Loan & Trade Finance is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of the front to back booking chain on Booking, Validation, Confirmation, Settlements, Accounting, Reconciliations, PNL and Risk calculations is MUST
  • Strong Project Management skillset and expertise in delivering large transformation programs
  • Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence and is a Strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel & Power point)
  • Basic Knowledge on SQLs
