About the Role

A boutique and fast-growing asset management firm is seeking experienced Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive business development and client acquisition in the UHNW and institutional investor space. This role is ideal for professionals with strong networks and an entrepreneurial mindset who can leverage their relationships to bring in capital. The firm values individuals who can build deep, long-term client relationships beyond traditional private banking models.

This opportunity is open to both Hong Kong and SIngapore applications and the role can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and institutional investors.
• Leverage personal and professional networks to acquire and grow client assets.
• Provide customized investment solutions in collaboration with the firm’s Portfolio Management team.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Stay informed about market trends and investment opportunities relevant to UHNW clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management in the UHNW or institutional space.
• Strong network of potential investors, family offices, and asset allocators.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.
• Prior experience in private banking is not essential, but an existing client base and investment knowledge are preferred.
• Ability to operate across Hong Kong and Singapore markets.
