Asia Creative Lead / F&B / Hong Kong

MCG Talent have partnered with a well-known F&B Brand to help them identify a brand-led Creative Director to join their team based in Hong Kong.

As the Creative Director you will spearhead the brand's identity, strategy and messaging across Asia. My client is rapidly expanding outside of Hong Kong and are looking to connect with talented creative leads to join them on this exciting journey!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver innovative brand campaigns that resonate with target and reach the right audience.
• Oversee end-to-end development branding campaigns.
• Develop and execute brand strategies that elevate the brand presence across the specific regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and experience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform creative direction.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in brand design agencies, ideally worked with F&B clients across Asia.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and brand development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in the creative process.
• A deep understanding of the Asian market and cultural nuances.
• English first. Preferably able to read/speak Chinese.
