Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking II (Blue Chips and RCEP Forcus)
Assist in achieving the overall financial and business targets set by the Bank and maintaining the quality of lending
Liaise with the Bank’s other Divisions, CCBC domestic and overseas branches to achieve cross selling and risk control
Communicate with Risk Management /Operations /Legal and Compliance etc. for efficient internal approval while meeting the respective compliance requirements
Assist in managing a substantial loan portfolio of blue chips (mainly in areas entrusted to her / his team) to derive maximum profitability for the Bank while maintaining the quality of the lending
Take initiative to recommend new products that suit the customer’s needs and maintain high standard of service so as to continually expanding the customer base by means of attracting new and retaining existing clients
Keep regular contacts with other financial institutions to collect the information of the existing customers of the Bank in covered areas for risk monitoring, identify banking opportunities and make recommendation to the Bank and/or CCBC relevant branches
Conduct regular KYC assessment on a timely basis and to ensure client onboarding activity is complied with the AML policy and procedures
Timely report of the work progress
Requirements :
University degree in business or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ relevant banking experience
Strong marketing skills with an ability to sell banking services to a competitive market in a highly motivated and profitable manner
Network of relationships with corporate customers and financial institutions
Sound credit analysis skills relating to corporate, sovereign and bank debt
Good command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Willing to travel
