Key Responsibilities:

Communications

• Copywrite relevant internal and external communications
• Cascade Group initiatives and implement them on a local level
• Contribute to the works of THSN, our CSR program

Digital

• Prepare marketing materials for owned and paid media
• Develop website content and be responsible for content management system
• Prepare reports on performance from a digital perspective

Customer Experience

• Support reporting on CX measurements
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to identify best Customer Experience practices
• Contribute to customer experience initiatives and ad hoc Customer Experience projects
