Position: Associate - Growth

Location: Causeway Bay, Wan Chai District, Hong Kong

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–2 years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local and regional markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Willing to become familiar with the company's vision and mission while working to achieve predetermined goals and objectives.
• Boost sales by prospecting target clients for increased business growth.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Initiate phone and video calls with prospective clients (students and parents).
• Follow up with prospects and close sales within the cycle (overseas admissions).
• Keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.
• Build strategic partnerships with multiple schools based in India for webinars, consultations, and workshops and to develop business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other papers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree from a university in the US or UK (preferred areas of study: Business, Marketing, or any other majors degree).
• A Graduate from an international school in Hong Kong.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong's business environment and cultural nuances.
• Prior experience in the Education industry would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (1–2 years preferred).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
• Experience in counselling students would be highly preferred.
