A top-tier local insurer is looking for a Key Person in Control to lead a team to look after regulatory compliance and external inspections.

Your new role

• Act as the key person in control of compliance and liaise with the external regulators.
  
• Maintain an effective control framework to comply with the regulatory requirements.
• Provide advisory to the insurance business of compliance risk exposure on regulatory compliance and financial crime compliance.
• Representative for compliance functions at group level meetings and external forums.
• Responsible for the compliance reporting and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in insurance compliance area gained by regulatory authorities, insurers, or financial institutions.
  
• Sound understanding of insurance products and businesses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management experience.
• Relevant qualifications or professional background in compliance or risk would be a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
