What You'll Be Doing

The Payment Product Owner will be responsible for leading the development and management of payment-related products to ensure that these products meet the needs of global users and are competitive in the market.

Product Design and Planning

• Develop and supervise the product strategy, roadmap, and iteration plan for payment products
• Design comprehensive product solutions, including processes, user experience, functions, and system design
• Ensure that product design covers a wide range of payment services such as deposit, withdrawal, transfer between accounts, and payment clearing and settlement
  
  

Global multi-level payment product design

• Be responsible for the design of deposit and withdrawal products for multiple countries, regions, and different license requirements
• Incorporate various payment systems and solutions, including credit/debit cards, P2P, cryptocurrencies, e-wallets , and other innovative payment methods
  
  

User Experience and Operational Efficiency

• Be responsible for the overall user experience of payment products, ensuring that they are intuitive, efficient, and secure
• Optimize the operational efficiency of products, covering all aspects from user registration processes to transaction processing times
  
  

Collaborate with the development department to deliver products

• Work closely with the development department according to market, company, and business needs
• Ensure the timely delivery of competitive payment products or systems, and coordinate with the development team throughout the product life cycle to address any technical challenges or changes in requirements
  
  
  

Requirements


What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above
• More than 5 years of experience as a Fintech product manager, with at least 3 years of experience as a product manager in the financial technology industry. Experience in exchanges, e-wallets, or similar trading platforms is preferred
• Have a proven track record in successfully developing and implementing payment systems, with successful cases in deposit and withdrawal payment channels (credit/debit cards, P2P, cryptocurrencies, e-wallets, etc.)
• Have in-depth knowledge of the payment field, including various payment methods (bank cards, e-wallets, virtual currencies, P2P) and related regulatory requirements
• Have a deep understanding of product design principles, covering user experience, functions, and system architecture
• Possess excellent project management skills and be able to supervise the entire development process of a product from concept to launch
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is a must
