Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the operation of KeeTa's delivery strategy, participate in the iteration of dispatch strategies, conduct specialized business analysis and data insights based on optimizing delivery experience and improving delivery costs.

2. Analyze the dispatch efficiency and delivery experience of KeeTa, assist in the monitoring of dispatch sub-project indicators, build data panels, and conduct business diagnosis.

3. Participate in multiple dispatch experiments (AB tests), track experiment progress, and collaborate with mentors to complete strategy reviews and implementation.

4. Handle other daily ad-hoc tasks, such as analyzing rider-side dispatch issues and conducting rider delivery experience research.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance Engineering or a related discipline, experience in internet data analysis, O2O, or related industries. Candidates with logistics or statistical analysis experience are preferred.

2. Proficient in SQL, sensitive to data, and familiar with basic data analysis and visualization tools.

3.Excellent analytical skill and curiosity, able to proactively explore business issues and drive operational optimization through data.
