We are currently recruiting for a Trade Surveillance Consultant with ideally 2-4 years of trade surveillance experience to work on a 3 month project with our client, to be based in Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Perform trade surveillance activities to ensure compliance with market integrity standards.
• Review and analyze trade transactions, identifying potential market abuse or manipulation.
• Investigate and dispose of trade alerts generated by the system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Utilize “SmartsBroker” (SMARTS) technology for effective trade surveillance and alert management.
• Collaborate with team members to improve surveillance processes and methodologies.
• Prepare reports and summaries of findings, providing insights into trading patterns and anomalies.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in trade surveillance within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated experience in investigating and clearing trade alerts, with a focus on effective resolution.
• Proficiency in using “SmartsBroker” (SMARTS) for trade surveillance purposes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
