Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of Keeta’s enterprise service solutions. Collaborate with multiple teams to establish tailored solutions based on customer needs, overseeing the solution design, validation, and expansion.
2. Work closely with the customer success team to provide suitable solutions leveraging internal product capabilities. Draft MRDs based on customer requirements and drive product iterations.
3. Utilize various analytical methods and integrate market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to continuously enhance solutions and meet diverse market and customer demands.
4. Manage the daily operations, maintenance, and data monitoring of enterprise service-related systems.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over three years of experience in B2B product operations or solution delivery. Experience in the SaaS or internet industry is preferred.
2. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to efficiently plan and execute projects.
3. Strong learning ability, high execution efficiency, resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility with excellent project execution capabilities.
4. Broad industry vision, business-driven mindset, and highly self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
5. Proficiency in English as a working language.
