Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in internet user operations, traffic operations, subsidy strategies, tool operations, or marketing campaigns.
Data-driven mindset, proficient in relevant analytical tools and methodologies, with the ability to independently complete the full cycle of strategy formulation, experiment design, performance review, and iteration.
Open-minded and adaptable, capable of quickly understanding and integrating into different cultural backgrounds, operational methods, and user needs.
Strong understanding of user operations methodologies, with empathy and a user-centric perspective to effectively identify and address user needs.
