Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversees business process, product design, pricing and system implementation for SME / Corporate customers on Onboarding, Payment and Remittance, FX and Deposit services with focus to drive profitable growth in transactional banking business and quick response to the market dynamics
Execute product implementation according to internal policy and regulatory requirements, including development of product program, product risk assessment, documenting business requirements with end-to-end process flow, functional and non-functional needs based on cross-department discussions to ensure comprehensiveness and compliance
Drive and track overall implementation schedule and milestones status
Periodic review on market trends and initiate product enhancement to maintain competitiveness and profitability
Conduct post-implementation and periodic product review to drive product improvement
Derive insight using data from business result and marketing campaigns
Coordinate / conduct user acceptance test
Ensure tasks are executed and controlled within the appropriate risk level and compliance standard
Collaborate with internal parties to execute various initiatives to achieve business KPI
Requirements
University degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Banking, Information System or a related discipline;
Minimum 10+ years hands-on experience in business product solution design and implementation, with minimum 8 years in banking/financial industries
Familiar with market trends and needs of SME / Corporate in transactional banking, including Cash Management, Payment and Remittance, FX, Deposits
Familiar with SME / Corporate onboarding requirements and process such as KYC
Solid knowledge and experience in E-banking journey and functions (mobile / Internet Banking)
Solid knowledge on banking systems including Core Banking, Anti-fraud and AML systems, payment channels / networks such as FPS, SWIFT, API-based new digital payment method
Capability to analyze customers’ behaviour / needs by using data
Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management
Familiar with HK’s regulatory requirements on banking practice, and general e-banking security / risk control
A good team player, with great sense of ownership and servicing mindset
Resilient and proactive, able to work responsibly in a dynamic environment independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
