Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and employee relations while participating in the annual recruitment budget planning.
Oversee salary calculations and record-keeping for employee compensation and benefits, including MPF, taxation, staff attendance, annual leave, and group insurance plans.
Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and relevant projects.
Contribute to annual HR budget planning and cost control.
Support staff training activities.
Engage in various ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or a related field; study experience in Hong Kong or overseas is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Familiarity with local labour laws and employment regulations; experience with compensation and benefits management systems is a plus.
Proficiency in HR and payroll-related software.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
