ESG Assistant (Part Time)
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, regulations, and industry best practices
- Support the development and implementation of our corporate ESG strategy
- Assist in the preparation of publications on ESG topics
- Participate in external projects focused on integrating ESG considerations throughout the real estate lifecycle
Person Specification
- Undergraduate student in environmental science or engineering, sustainability, or a related field
- Team player with strong analytical, organisational skills and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools
- Prior knowledge or experience in ESG ratings and disclosure standards (such as CDP, TCFD, GRESB) would be beneficial
