Jobs Description :

• Responsible for consumer digital product planning, functional design and implementation, and user experience;
• Coordinate across departments and system owners for the resources to implement product solutions with high quality and efficiency;
• Regularly track and analyze the market and competitors, keep abreast of industry trends, and continuously plan and improve digital products
• Responsible for ensuring product construction deliverables;
• Responsible for operational services, training, etc. during the product implementation process;
• Responsible for monitoring product operation and experience effects, and promoting optimization according to customer needs
• On the basis of an in-depth understanding of the business, have the ability to build and continuously repeatedly calculate the business analysis framework, accumulate analysis ideas and frameworks, and promote the implementation of data products and the construction of data-based operation capabilities;
• Collect and analyze various market and industry information, and use data analysis capabilities to predict future business trends and seize opportunities in advance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or above
• Ability to independently complete data analysis, user research, product design and requirements writing;
• IANG / TTPS / TechTAS candidates are welcomed
• Logical thinking, good at analyzing and solving problems, innovative thinking;
• Good communication and coordination skills, be result-oriented, have strong execution ability and resistance to pressure, and be able to proactively complete work
• Responsible for establishing a business data management and monitoring system through data analysis and insights, identifying opportunities for data productization, improving data application efficiency through product design, and establishing a business data product system;
