Co-ordinate with Sales Team and Supply Chain Department to ensure smooth delivery of orders to customers
General sales admin duties to support daily sales & marketing activities
Handle general customers enquiries
Support Salesman activities
Overall Business Team Support
Provide clerical support to Sales & Marketing Department
Co-ordinate internal and external meeting scheduling, and prepare meeting summary
Provide the routine Sales & Marketing reports, analysis and presentations for internal stakeholders
Handle the uploading of Sales Forecast, Issuing the Credit note and rebate
Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or above, University preferred
At least 2 years working experience, relevant experience is preferred
Good communication skills in both written and oral English and Chinese
Knowledge of Words (Mail merger), Excel (including Pivot Table), PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
Outgoing and good communications skill
High learning and flexibility
Immediate availability is an advantage
Work location: Wan Chai
