We are a well-established construction company and now seeking motivated candidate for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
Contract administration of building services installation for building construction projects
Manage and supervise a team of assistant building services engineers and sub-contractors on site for execution of building services installation
Coordination and production of CSD, CBWD, CRCP
Coordination and monitor site activities, including progress, installation workmanship, T&C
Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments
Job Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services engineering in construction industry
Good knowledge in technical and project management of building services and construction
Experience in contract administration
Good coordination skills in technical, CSD, CBWD, CRCP
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills
Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
Knowledge of AutoCAD drafting
