This role is crucial in managing the procurement team, assisting with the launch of several new projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency, and experience in handling PRC vendors is essential.

Your new role

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for E&M, facilities, and corporate services/professional services categories, including consulting, legal, marketing, and HR services, with a focus on supporting new projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure the best value and service for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement support, particularly for new projects.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships in the PRC (People's Republic of China), ensuring compliance with local regulations and optimising procurement processes.
