The Job:
Responsible for corporate communications for FWD Hong Kong & FWD Macau.
Develop, edit and translate corporate collaterals and contents for external and internal communications, such as press releases, social media posts, media interview briefing books, speeches, byline articles, corporate fact sheet and presentation, internal announcements, etc.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing corporate communications strategies and PR initiatives, such as new product launches, announcements, brand campaigns and/or activations, to achieve corporate branding and business goals.
Support media events, influencer engagements, corporate sponsorship activities and other campaign projects.
Perform news monitoring and circulate daily report. Handle day to day media enquiries. Manage media list and media coverage log.
Assist in coordinating corporate award and sponsorship activities.
Maintain professional relationship with media, business partners and key stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to Corporate Communications and ESG initiatives. Keep abreast of industry trends and communications platforms.
The Person:
Degree holder, preferably in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or Journalism.
At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations and crisis management. Exposure in public relations agencies and/or insurance industry will be a definite advantage.
Hands-on experience in organizing corporate and media events.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
High proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented with multi-tasking abilities. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Experience with trending local and Mainland China social media platforms will be an advantage.
