Our Client is a well-established one of the largest conglomerates seeking for Director, Treasury professional to join their Corporate Treasury team.

Highlights of the Role:

• 10+ years of professional experience, 5 years of FI treasury management experience;
• Overseeing cash and liquidity management, funding, dispersing, risk management   
• Exposure in Corporate Financing

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement financing strategies, maintain close contact with banks, global rating agencies and financial institutions, explore new financing channel/tools to maintain funding and reduce financing cost;
• Monitor and forecast cash flow to support business and ensure liquidity, manage the daily work of loan drawdown/repayment, deposit placing/uplift, facilitate approval process of business funding request and fund transfer;
• Review the treasury investment portfolio, implement adequate strategies to enhance investment portfolio returns;
• Formulate and update internal policies, ensure all fund management activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal controls;
• Prepare relevant report and analysis for top management and related parties, collaborate with internal departments for new business and project;
• Lead and monitor the treasury team, provide professional guidance to team members for daily work;

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related major;
• Professional qualification such as CPA/ CFA preferred;
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, 5 years of FI treasury management experience;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, familiar with treasury management and securities business;
• Strong knowledge of overseas money markets, experience in corporate financing is a must;
• Good interpersonal and communication, project management and problem- solving skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
