Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all accounting and costing functions, supervise and ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions
• Ensure proper internal controls in place to provide assurance for (a) reliability of financial and management report, (b) departmental analysis, (c) budget control and cash flow planning, (d) statutory compliance and filing
• Responsible for month-end closing, group consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, schedules and fixed assets recording and reporting
• Formulate and implement accounting policies and procedures to comply with accounting standards, company guidelines and statutory requirements
• Timely conduct monthly financial reports and analysis for management review
• Assist in audit, work closely with external auditor in completing interim and annual audit processes
• Responsible for profits tax computation and tax return filing
• Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, student member of HKICPA/ACCA
• At least 2-3 years supervisory experience in accounting field
• Mature, well organized, initiative and able to work independently and  under pressure
• Sound business knowledge and analytical skills
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and ERP system such as QAD is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Less experience will be considered as Accountant
