Key responsibilities
- Specialize in the full recruitment process – sourcing for candidates through job advertisement posts and online database, interviewing the candidates, profiling the candidates to clients and managing the talents
- Manage job offer process and negotiate salary packages
- Build a strong network of candidates and clients
- Partner with clients to develop and implement Human Resource solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years’ professional work experience in any sectors (recruitment / sales / business development experiences will be a plus)
- Less experience will be considered as Associate Consultant
- Strong passion to develop a long term career in recruitment and career advancement
- Team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A winning mindset: diligent, working with integrity, passionate & goal-oriented
- Driven and ambitious individuals looking to succeed and excel
