Job Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Director and Manager to monitor the performance of existing businesses and evaluate investment opportunities by conducting business and financial analysis and preparing executive summary to facilitate management review;
• Coordinate the annual budget and quarterly forecast process and ensure the quality of the submission from the business units;
• Provide financial analysis, develop financial models, and conduct market research for investment projects;
• Critically evaluate capital expenditure proposals;
• Prepare and coordinate internal memorandum and proposals for corporate approval in liaison with various corporate functions and follow up on the approval progress;
• Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and support ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related subjects with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, with hands-on financial modelling and evaluation of projects experience gained from sizable corporations or professional firms
• Proficiency in MS Office particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
• Solid analytical skills complemented by astute financial and business acumen
• A well-presented and proficient communicator; strong command in English a must
• A well-organized team player who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Work Location: CHT Tower, Terminal 8 East, Kwai Chung
