Responsibilities:

• Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies and execute marketing plans for office buildings & retail properties
• Organize and implement marketing campaigns including events, festive, publicity & advertising activities and sales-driven programs
• Manage & maintain all promotion channels to optimize brand image, create engaging digital content and implement social media campaigns
• Identify promotion opportunities and manage partnership marketing with tenants, business partners & stakeholders
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and manage the timeline & budget

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ marketing experience with exposure to property marketing management, preferably with experience in major property developers or related agencies
• Multi-tasking, highly independent and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, project and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese with the ability to create compelling marketing content
