Negotiation, production & execution of retail lease
Cold calling new potential retail clients and prepare marketing materials
Degree holder with 3-5 yrs of experience in property, asset or lease management
Responsibilities:
Comply with the leasing policies and procedures in line with the company’s policies and procedures
Cold calling new potential retail clients and prepare marketing materials
Negotiate existing and new leases within acceptable terms and budgets and maintain good relationship with all agents and HR representative of corporate
Conduct site inspection regularly and follow-up with Property Management team to maintain and renovate commercial assets
Supervise the implementation of leasing offer and payment including checking all the rental agreements, letter and voucher
Attend house inspection if necessary and to ensure all the facilities are well functioned before the contract end
Co-operating with the peers in the same team and other business units to handle the leasing matter
Handle the tenancy administration works and prepare the data of leasing status reports and update lease data
Respond accurately to queries on lease interpretation and any complaints from the tenants
Conduct market research and gather market information from property agencies
Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the managers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Property Management/Business Administration (or related disciplines)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property and/or lease management related to commercial leasing
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
