Responsibilities

• Support the manager in developing and managing the corporate infrastructure, encompassing LAN/WAN, system/cloud platforms, and other infrastructure domains
• Collaborate with various vendors and system integrators to evaluate solutions and implement projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects and tasks
• Investigate, test, and integrate emerging IT solutions to enhance infrastructure efficiency and performance
• Recommend standards and provide guidelines to establish enterprise infrastructure in line with industry best practices
• Monitor system performance and promptly address IT incidents or issues
• Develop and maintain documentation as per management requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and other relevant platforms
• Expertise in Data Center and Storage Area Network (SAN) management
• Skilled in vendor management, with strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Experienced in procurement processes, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua
