Job Descriptions:

• Manage HR support services in the areas of recruitment & selection, performance management, training administration and employee relations
• Provide HR advice to management and employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Improve HR processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Plan and execute initiatives to enhance team cohesion and cross-functional collaboration
• Manage HR reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years' HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a sizable company, preferably with property developers
• Strong knowledge of HK labor laws and best practices 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks 
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Human Resources
