Responsibilities:

• Prepare all event documentation in timely manner and ensure the accuracy
• Oversee the operation of events, drive service standard and always ensure clients' satisfaction
• Work closely with Front Office team to handle accommodation group
• Maximize hotel revenue by up-selling and offer enhancement to create exceptional experience
• Collect customer feedback after event to gain recurrent business
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Events Planning with good understanding in Food and Beverage; hotel experience preferred
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua (i.e. at least traditional Chinese and ideally also know well on simplified Chinese), proficient in additional language is preferred
• Proficient in computer software application and use of software of hotel operation (e.g. Opera)
• Candidate with more experience may consider as Senior Event Planning Manager
