Responsibilities:
- Supervising site maintenance team and overseeing all maintenance and operation of facilities for The Henderson
- Monitoring the performance of the site maintenance team and contract-out services
- Providing technical support to the Leasing Team for tenant’s fitout and feasibility study
- Vetting tenants’ fitout proposal and monitoring renovation
- Carrying out other duties assigned by supervisor
- Degree holder in Building Services or related discipline
- With professional qualifications such as Chartered Engineer or equivalent
- 8 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial developments and at least 3 years of which are at managerial level
- Knowledge in BIM is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, able to work independently and under pressure
