Description

• Assist in the evaluation and underwriting of potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in developing valuation models and other internal and external presentation materials
• Engage in due diligence, structuring, and execution across a range of real estate asset classes, capital structures, and operating platforms.
• Conduct research on current market trends and perform feasibility studies for investment concepts.

Profile

• Preferred experience in real estate investment, development, private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with a good understanding of valuation and accounting basics.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Required fluency in English and Korean; native Korean speakers preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant intern experience will also be considered.
