Requirements:

• Degree holder in Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in delivering interior and graphic design for retail properties
• Proficient in design software; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D rendering software is a must
• Proven proficiency in English and Putonghua
• Strong communication skills for understanding leasing needs and channeling information to external parties, including tenants, contractors, management office, etc

Responsibilities:

• Review tenants' fitting-out plans for compliance with mall standards
• Provide interior and graphic design for mall improvement and upgrade works
• Assist in project management of shopping mall renovations
