Overview Our client is a well-known retail group and they are looking for a System Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities

• Responsible for Power Platform development and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose system designs
• Customize and implement solutions to streamline business processes through effective system configuration
• Provide training and support to users, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of systems and data
• Conduct regular system assessments and provide recommendations for optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in system design and customization of Microsoft Power Platform on D365
• Proficiency in .NET, C# programming is an essential
• Familiar with D365 and Microsoft Power Platform such as Power automation and Power App
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
• Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
