- Manage all aspects of the hotel interns' lifecycle, from recruitment and visa processing to onboarding and program completion.
- Prepare and organize logistics for training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Obtain feedback from associates post-training to improve future sessions.
- Responsible for security and maintenance of the Training Room, Equipment, and materials.
- Maintain, file, and update all training records.
- Generate reports for review based on training data.
- Maintain accurate participant records for each training session.
- Coordinate with other departments to compile participant lists for various training sessions.
- Bachelor degree holder in hotel, tourism, human resources management or equivalent
- Passionate, proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Competence in MS Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
