About the Client

Our client is a stable and sizable company within FMCG reatailing industry. Due to recent business expansion, they are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as (Assistant) Rewards Manager.

About the role

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct staff cost calculations to ensure budget alignment and efficiency.
  • Review and enhance commission schemes to drive performance and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align rewards strategies with organizational goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation metrics and insights for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in a similar role with sizable companies.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits analytics, preferably in FMCG, retail, telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and data analysis tools.
  • Strong Fluency in reading and writing both English and Chinese
