Responsibilities:

• Responsible for routine accounting operations
• Handle full sets of accounting books
• Prepare month-end closing on timely basis
• Assist in annual audit
• Prepare accounts analysis and reconciliation, monthly management reports
• Other ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirement:

• LCCI Level 3/Diploma or above in accounting 
• 5 years of relevant accounting experience 
• Proficient in MS Excel (function setting, pivot table) and familiar with computerized accounting system
• Self-motivated, independent, detailed-minded and strong sense of responsibility
• Related experience in retail and E-Commerce business is an advantage but not necessary.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of the Xero accounting system is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
