    • Job Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent one stop banking services to retail customers
    • Assist Personal Banking Managers in promoting bank products as well as handling account opening to customers
    • Handle enquiries and provide professional advises to customers as well as understanding their financial needs
    • Ensure all the activities are complied with regulatory requirements and bank policies

    Job Requirements

    • University graduates
    • Minimum 1 year of working experience
    • Qualifications in IIQE and HKSI are preferred
    • Good team player with strong customer service sense
    • Able to work under pressure
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
