Responsibilities:

• Oversee the shipment process and coordinate with different departments to ensure on time and accurate delivery
• Communicate with courier companies and interoffice to achieve profitable deals and resolve issues
• Monitor and update operation records, prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent
• At least 1 year working experience with exposure in Banking, Finance or related disciplines financial institutions a definite advantage
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities, Proven experience as logistics coordinator
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Speaking Mandarin and English fluently
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel is an advantage
