Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations in Accounts Payable
• Handle accounts payable duties including vendor invoice verification, invoice posting, cost allocation, vendor statements reconciliation and processing settlement
• Cooperate and communicate with other departments in daily operation
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and independent with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
