OPERATIONS MANAGER / ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER - FRONT OFFICE
Lead and supervise Front Office team to perform and maintain good service to guests
Job Requirements
Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience in Hotel Front Office including 5 years' in supervisory level
Good customer service and problem solving skills
Good command in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Knowledge of Opera is preferable
Can work in Front Offie independently
Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant Operations Manager.
