Consolidation Reporting Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing the existing manual consolidated statement templates of each business entity, form the functional currency and RMB statements for each individual business entity and level-by-level consolidation at the initial period of business operation, and compile the consolidation adjustment list and entries at each level of consolidation.
  • Assist in checking and importing historical data, and testing system functions in various aspects such as currency conversion, consolidation and offsetting entries, manual report entry, and report generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in financial accounting or CPA is preferred;
  • 4+ years of financial work experience in a large company. Applicants with experience in preparing consolidated statements are preferred.
  • Familiar with accounting standards for financial assets, long-term equity investment, foreign currency conversion, etc.
  • Be able to work independently, with good work ethic, learning ability and communication skills.
  • Good command of oral and written communication in Mandarin

  • 协助梳理各家机构现有的手工合并报表模板,形成期初各单家及逐级合并的本位币、人民币报表,整理各合并层级的合并调整清单及分录;
  • 协助核对及导入期初数据,测试币种折算、合并抵销分录、手动录入报表、报表生成等各环节系统功能

岗位要求:

  • 大学本科或以上,财务会计专业或CPA持牌者优先;
  • 4年或以上大型公司的财务工作经验,有编制合并报表经验者优先;
  • 熟悉金融资产、长期股权投资、外币折算等会计准则;
  • 具备独立且良好的工作能力、学习能力、沟通能力;
  • 熟练运用普通话进行口头及书面交流
