Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis, workflow analysis and system requirement in support of company business plan;
• Manage end-to-end projects from the initialization phase to preparation and execution. The scope includes but not limited to creation and execution of project plan, resource planning, status review and management reporting;
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and procedure manuals;
• Perform project governance, risk management, vendor management and change management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business stream；
• Minimum 5 year’s relevant work experience of project management / data analyst / workflow planning in banks or financial institutions , preferably in securities brokerage;
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously；
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good problem-solving skills, self-motivated, able to work independently；
• Good analytical, interpersonal, writing and oral communication skills;
• Team player, energetic to take challenges, and able to work under pressure.
