Job Overview
Business Development Representatives are tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. BDR's work closely with Marketing team in a business development capacity. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, tenacious and self starters.


Responsibilities

  • To develop new business opportunities through multi-channels marketing. 
  • Create and prioritise strategic target account lists.
  • Research and build "cold accounts". (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
  • Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives.
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
  • Arrange the prospecting call or meeting to qualify the new leads.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing/Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 years  Sales experience within IT Solution (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Planning/Strategy etc)
  • Active, Aggressive and Discipline
  • Desire to work in sales and in the tech industry
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude
  • Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
  • Ability to handle Challenge, work independently, self-motivated and work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
  • Fresh graduate/Part-time will also be considered
  • Immediately available highly preferred
