Job Overview Business Development Representatives are tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. BDR's work closely with Marketing team in a business development capacity. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, tenacious and self starters.
Responsibilities
To develop new business opportunities through multi-channels marketing.
Create and prioritise strategic target account lists.
Research and build "cold accounts". (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level Executives.
Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
Arrange the prospecting call or meeting to qualify the new leads.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing/Information Technology or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 years Sales experience within IT Solution (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Planning/Strategy etc)
Active, Aggressive and Discipline
Desire to work in sales and in the tech industry
Coachable, self-motivated, curious and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude
Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
Ability to handle Challenge, work independently, self-motivated and work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
Fresh graduate/Part-time will also be considered
Immediately available highly preferred
