Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist and maintain all project administrative procedures and controls to ensure the provision of accurate and timely reports and documentation requirements, including subcontract packages, scopes, tender recommendation, and comparison sheets and submit to project leader for approval
  • To assist cost control budget and forecast on expected and anticipated costs from internal divisions and external subcontractors
  • To assist the project team in maintaining budget, forecast and financial reports and administrative control over the project
  • To assist the subcontractor payment, interim payment and final account of the project
  • To maintain project systems by administering to distributing documents with all logistic tasks as required by the Project Leader
  • Perform any ad-ho assignment as required

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Engineering, Project Management or related qualifications
  • 1-3 years’ of experience in project-based construction roles that have provided experience in all aspects of project delivery
  • Ability to multi-task several assignments in a time and be flexible on constant change is essential
  • Good team player and communication to all levels of employees   
  • Sensible mindset and self-initiative
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in English
  • Software competency; O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
