About this role

Currently we are looking for a Senior Design Manager who has acquired full-spectrum design & project coordination to join their project development team based in Hong Kong.

As a Senior Design Manager, you will be working as a Team Leader and responsible for leading a team of design professionals in managing both new build & renovation of luxury hospitality & commercial projects in Hong Kong from conception stage to handover, including the coordination and integration of design planning, contract administration, site supervision, statutory submission, technical activities, selection of design consultants and managing external design consultants & contractors and moreover ensure projects will be delivered within desirable quality, time and budget.

Requirement:

• Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related background in real estate;
• At least 15 years working in consultancy firms & preferably with past experiences in property developers/client side;
• Registered Architect is a plus;
• Experienced in end-to-end design management of new-build or renovation of hospitality, F&B and commercial projects in Hong Kong;
• Familiar with design management with programme planning, interior design, fitting out work, conception design, design development, contractual & cost planning, local building ordinance, full-spectrum project delivery and well coordinate with consultants, main contractors and government officials;
• Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
