Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage a team of branch managers and ensure efficient operations across multiple locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and overseas agents.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational excellence.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher Diploma holder or above
- Good communication skill and presentation skills.
- Aggressive, self-driven & result-oriented with good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- 5 years experience in supply chain/ freight forwarding/carriers/logistics industry.
