They are presently expanding their business and looking for an experienced product manager to lead the product and design of the wallet function

We are seeking an institutional operations expert with deep institutional operations experience and exceptional strategic vision to lead the continued growth and innovation of our platform in the institutional client space. As an important member of the operations team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing institutional customer operation strategies, driving a significant increase in the number of institutional customers, transaction volume, and revenue, and continuously optimizing the institutional customer experience to enhance the platform's leading position in the institutional market.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning and execution:

  • Develop and optimize institutional customer operation strategies to ensure that the strategies are consistent with the overall platform strategy.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Promote the implementation of institutional customer operation projects to ensure the realization of project goals and results.

Institutional client management:

  • Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with institutional clients and provide customized solutions and quality services.
  • Gain a deep understanding of institutional customer needs and pain points, provide solutions, and drive improvements to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Expand new institutional customers and increase the number of institutional customers and transaction volume.

Event planning and brand building:

  • Plan and organize offline events and large-scale summits for institutional customers to enhance the platform's brand influence and visibility in the institutional market.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns exclusive to institutional clients to increase their participation and activity

Product optimization and innovation:

  • Work closely with the product team to propose product optimization suggestions and innovative solutions for institutional customers.
  • Track product implementation, ensure that product functions meet the needs of institutional customers, and improve institutional customers’ experience and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Work experience: Applicants with more than 5 years of experience in institutional customer operations or related work, and those who are familiar with digital currency transaction processes, are preferred.
  • Professional abilities: Have excellent strategic thinking and data analysis skills and be ability to formulate and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Communication skills: Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with institutional clients
