PAUL HARTMANN Asia Pacific is a subsidiary of Paul Hartmann and we have been serving in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and pharmacies in Hong Kong for over 20 years.

Your area of responsibility:

• Manage Accounts Receivable duties including receipts issuance, payment clearing, customers’ enquiries handling and cashflow management;
• Prepare debtors aging report. Follow up with sales and customers on overdue items;
• Assist in accounts payable duties and ledger reconciliations;
• Support month-end closing, financial and management reporting;
• Support system enhancements and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we look for: 

• Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years accounting experience in MNC;
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
• Familiar with MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and team player;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
